Everything. It is a family friendly, family run hotel in a great location in Old SJ. Can walk to everything. It is not hard on the budget. It is not a luxury hotel, so if that is what you are looking for, stay elsewhere. However, it meets your basic travel needs (clean room, good bed, clean shower) and for us it was perfect. Stay there!! -

The outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was
refreshing. They went out of their way to offer assistance and always
were accommodating. A delicious spread at breakfast was very pleasant in
the outdoor garden looking onto the ocean. I had forgot my phone charger
in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in; I received it when I
returned to pick up my bags later in the day. Overall, I give them the
highest marks in service, location and amenities. I will definitely be
returning

The hotel was very nice and inviting. The bar gives free drinks at
current times of the day. The hotel is steps away from the beach. When
you go to the beach the staff is there waiting for you and all you
have to do is show them where you want your chair and umbrella and

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. All of your needs are in a 5 block radius. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. Even if a tad pricey, the service was superb. The waitress Diana was out of this world. Her service was beyond excellent.
If you can, get a room facing the beach. It is worth the extra price. The view is spectacular.

The hotel was above than our expectations, is very beatiful, clean, and the staff in all the areas are very friendly, helpfull and efficient. The hotel was beautiful. Our room was massive. The beds were so comfortable. I love design and color and the rooms were well put together. Fridge in the room, very handy. Really it is a familiar environment. It is close to every important place and the service was very good. Specially the gentleman that was security at night, he always help me to get my parking for disables because my husband is visually impair. No matter at what time I get to the hotel he moved the cars so I can park close to the entrance.

A lovely place to stay. Nicely designed and clean and friendly. Stop looking, you won't find a better hotel for the money. The food was fantastic as well. Close to airport, centrally located for attractions. Don't miss the rain forest just outside of town and car rental is very affordable in San Juan.

I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last
minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and
from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and
accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was
right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant.
The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there
longer. I recommend it.

I liked the unintentional retro-funky look to the property. It was neat in so many ways....cool pool, restaurant, greenery, etc. The desk personnel were both greate. -
The staff was really nice, the facilities were very nice too, I looked the look and decoration of the place. It's a perfect spot to have a local feel of Puerto Rico.

Only a block from the beach, the location is excellent. It is very clean and picturesque. A spoiled rotten pet cat who greeted all guests completed the "home away from home" treatment.
The swimming pool is beautiful, and the staff could not be friendlier. The room was very comfortable and clean.
I had local friends who visited me tell me that the site is lovely!

My family has been staying there for decades every time we vacation in PR -- since back when it was double the size, a beautiful pool, and dozens of iguanas in the patio! We enjoy the staff they good and helpful all the time. And the hotel is in the middle eferything that what so good about the stay it was in walking distance to a few of the hot spot.And the beach is in your backyard which we love and we are from flordia which we are know for there beaches!
