We had a very spacious one bedroom apartment and it was fabulous! We were able to enjoy coffee and libations in our room if we wanted to. The facility was very clean and decor was very nice. The staff, especially in the valet area, were very helpful. We made it clear up front that we were not interested in the time share options and so were not bothered with any pressure. Although the facilities were excellent, the staff was friendly, informative, outgoing with warmth and really cared that you had a wonderful stay. In the hotel and casino, they went out of their way to make you feel at home. The staff made this stay a wonderful expierence. -

I liked the fact that the hotel was very well maintained and quiet although it was located very close to the busy section of the French Quarter, which I also liked. I also liked the public parking garage that was very close by and cost much less than the hotel's price of $30 per night for parking on the premises. - Very Quiet and clean. The Decor

Excellent front desk staff member Jason really made my stay a good one.
The special touch of a collection of my favourite snacks for my second
stay there value-added to the whole experience. The location was
excellent and safe for getting to and from the french quarters and the
convention centre. The cafe red gravy down the road was a fantastic
place for breakfast each morning!
