  The setting was amazing! The Inn is surrounded by ponderosa pine trees and though it is easily accessible from the highway, you feel as if you are not in the city.   We arrived a few hours before check-in but the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in early (which we deeply appreciated given how tired we were). Our room was very comfortable and affordable as well. They also have free breakfast which was much better than I thought it would be (yogurt, eggs, biscuits & gravy, pastries/breads, waffle... hva folk sier » maker to make fresh waffles, etc). Some of their mini pastry items were stale but it was still nice to have breakfast waiting for you in the morning! - The staff was fabulous - friendly, professional, very hard working. Even the manager helped housekeeping, so they could meet their 4p deadline. They were 100% full 4th of July weekend. The room, while not luxurious was clean, the rug looked brand new, every detail was perfect. I loved my balcony for morning coffee and evening reading. The breakfast was really great, they had everything.

Loved the location, the room, the Resort grounds, the staff, the SNOW. Calendar had several great activities. Staying just one evening didn't allows us to take advantage of them this trip, but there will be a next time.
