We arrived pretty late, but were thankful to have a friendly shuttle driver to get us to the hotel. It was just a quick stay - 1 very short night, but the beds were great, it was very clean, quiet and breakfast in the morning hit the spot. Everyone was very nice and helpful. -

The staff is great! We had some problems with our room at first & Jon was so very helpful & continued to be throughout our stay. One of the maids that came in to help us with the sink problem was very nice also. Front desk people were all we could ask for. Thank you all so much! -

Loved the location to public transportation. The bed was wonderful very
comfortable, no waiting for the water to heat, the breakfast was very
good. The room was equipped with what was promised and in good working
order. The room was well attended by housekeeping.

My husband and I stayed at your motel for our honeymoon and we couldn't have been more happier with our room. The bed was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us. The staff was very nice a.d helpful as well. The room was everything and more that we wanted. We would would stay there again for sure next time we want to get away. This was our second stay with Hyatt Place. We liked everything about the hotel. Everyone from maintenance to management were very friendly. The location is great with shopping and restaurants close by, as well as easy access to the freeway. Can't wait for our next trip to Portland! -

Pony Soldier was a very easy, reasonably comfortable hotel we booked for a 1 night stay on our way to Vancouver, BC from Portland, OR. It was budget friendly, had breakfast the next morning if we had had the time to say, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed for one week and were very pleased. The facilities are very clean, there are complimentary washers and dryers for traveler use and each morning a hot breakfast is offered. Three days a week there is an evening "happy hour" which is substantial enough to serve as dinner. We love the Staybridge Suites.
