My experience at Hotel Breakwater was perfect and flawless. Perfectly located on the best area of South Beach FL. Cross the road to one of the best beaches in the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have not noticed anything but a smile all through my stay! In particular Mr. Curtis and the night duty gentleman from front desk. They made my stay beautiful. Thanks guys
I won't forget to thank Mr. Jimmy the General Manager who makes runs the whole friendly show.

The hotel was very nicelly decrated. wonderfull garden and pool. Next to the beach but does not hace its own beach. The rooms are clean comfi and big enough. We liked the hotel so much that we were sad that we are only staying for one night after our cruise. We willgo back and definatelly stay in the same hotel - Location, Location and Concierge

We had a suit and it had everything me and wife wanted, clean bathroom, jacuzzi and ocean view very nice. also every Saturday there's a pool party with live dj. If you want to avoid valet parking witch cost 38$ a day there's public self parking right next to the hotel for 1$ an hour from 8am-6pm after that it's free

Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

I like that each time I arrive, it seems familiar and there is a home-like comfort. A stay for 4 or 5 days can feel like 4 or 5 weeks and I always leave wanting more.
It's always amazing that Alex always remembers me. This year he said "welcome home" when I arrived and it did feel like it.

We had a 2-bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and excellent value for money. The apartments are located in several blocks around courtyards; ours was located next to the pool area. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Whatever request we made they answered and fulfilled it to the best of their abilities. RICARDO and Paula was great! I enjoyed my stay there and I will return. The location of the apartment was most convenient being that it was literally 5 minutes away from the strip by car. Not much ruckus and noise so we got some much needed rest when we finally layed down.

The location is fantastic. It is walking distance to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice view. Yes there is a noisy bar beside the hotel but it stops by 11:30pm so it's not a big deal at all. Beach chairs were included in our stay which was a nice surprise.
