  The beds were really comfortable. The staff was accommodating. They paid my can fair to get to the hotel after my fight was delayed by 2 hours. - We were stranded in Cleveland when car broke down. The hotel was best part of the day. Very clean, relatively quiet and pretty good breakfast.

  They were remodeling this one and hadnt finished with gettting in furniture in lobby but all was very clean and the young lady on duty that night did an excelant job helping us. We are 81 and 84 and needed some help to get a late supper. She was great. \ - The shuttle was awesome.
