The entire staff was extremely helpful. This hotel makes having to go to Houston Medical Center so much easier for the out of town patients. This Hampton Inn & Suites has door to door shuttles to each hospital and the service is great without long waits. When we arrived for the Rodeo they were booked solid so they were a bit behind on getting our room ready. Initially the young Lady behind the desk said they would need an hour. The room was actually quite spacious. I had a misunderstanding with the hotel staff that they are going to drop me to the airport. I was upset about it-they eventually called for a cab, and got me dropped. The staff was very nice to talk to. Hotel was very clean. Wifi was excellent, streaming live television was not an issue.
