Very comfortable and quite with friendly staff. Reasonably clean hotel. The hotel close enough to George Bush International Airport which makes it good choice to spend a night for late arriving or early departing flights. We couldn't believe how close it is to the airport. Literally just a few minutes away. Beautiful and clean. We weren't expecting it to be top notch and it was. Now we know where to stay when visiting.

I liked that it was close to the airport, clean, had a nice pool and provided breakfast. Great place to stay if when you want to be close to the airport, or rental cars. Evening meals on hand, as there is no other provider in this location, beware !. close to airport, provided shuttle service, in house restaurant & lounge. I liked that they held my reservation past 2am for my 11 hour layover. Facilities and staff responsiveness and prompt attention. It was very easy to check in and get to your destination. The little restaurant and the buffet breakfast. Staff was friendly, room was comfortable. Beautiful property, excellent service. Location and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle service the breakfast. The staff was very professional. Closeness to airport and price. Instant booking very fast. Proximity to airport. Location to airport. Its good for staying for one night, or two, just for business or something cause it's close to the airport and it has a free shuttle. It's clean and quiet and fairly comfortable. Lobby was very nice and elegant. Staff was very sweet and helpful. I did not eat at the restaurant down stairs but it was fixed up really nice. The pool area was nice too. Close to the airport. Also, close to a walmart. Not sure if other shopping is nearby, due to how late we arrived and how early we left. Near the airport and breakfast was included Free bus shuttle to the airport. It was close to the airport and had a free shuttle and was inexpensive. Very clean, location is so convenient, high speed wifi. Staff was friendly, and close to the airport. Bed was comfy enough. The desk women and drivers were at least friendly and made an effort. The location was good. The price was fine. close to airport. Near Airport. Absolutely nothing. Nothing. Far from downtown. As most of american hotels the poor breakfast choices. Not too much considering what I expected based on the cheap rates. The restaurant should have been open until 11 but closed early because they had run out of so many items. Nothing to dislike. Im still waiting for an e.mail with my final bill !. desk staff weren't overly friendly, they appeared rushed & tired. there was noise at 5 and 6 am. in the parking zone that kept me awake. I know you have security issues but I had to throw away an cold unopened bottle of water. I then had to go spend over two dollars for another drink. I also did not like the fact that there were too many people standing around me at the airport. There was not enough seating for everyone. The pool was closed. Our room smelled stale. I called the front desk saturday morning to borrow a hair dryer. They said they would bring one right down, but never did. My room smelled like paint it brotherd my sinus and made my eyes red. Half the TV channels were fuzzy and maintenance said they couldn't fix it. Having the breakfast is very verh good..some more choices would be great. Noise of doors slamming. awaiting transfer to the hotel was horrible, wait more than an hour and a half for the transfer. Phone system had issues. was hard to contact the front desk from the airport. The place has a bad restaurant and a poor supplied store so if you want something to eat, it's no good. For breakfast they have bagels and waffles, that does it. The hall ways looked old and smelled musty. The rooms were very clean and smelled nice but the appearance was old looking, Fixtures ext.. Fuzzy channels on the TV. The bar upstairs was not very nice. The food at the bar was terrible so was the service. The rooms look like they are from the 80'S. And the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. But overall, that's the only negative. There was no restaurant on site and room service was only available after 5:00 pm. Staff didn't seem to know what was available nearby for vegetarians. Although the lobby was nice the room was not that nice or clean. poor breakfast. It was tired and no elevator. No coffee maker in the room, just all the makings, no machine. We asked the front desk, they said they would send one up...never got it. We waited over 2 hours for the airport pick up. TV reception was terrible. Pool was closed (with green water in it), but was not informed prior to booking or check in. Property is very old and tired, but the owner seems to be doing their best to keep it up. hotel needs a facelift its dated. Cigaret burn in sheets of my bed. didnt get the room i booked bc they didnt receive my booking from letsbookhotel.com. 45 min. And 3 calls to get the airport shuttle. Was told Restaruant closed and would have to order from outside venders at 10:30 which I did Then went to the lounge at 10:35 and found they had a full menu .??? . Placed a 5:30 am wake up call and received it at 4:30 . Called Front desk to place the 5:30 and did not receive it . Was not happy with the lack of service from FD agents. When I called the hotel and ask for a shuttle at 11:30pm the lady at the front desk said it would be 30-45 minutes. When no one showed up I called back at 12:30am and she said the shuttle driver went home for the night. So she wasted an hour of my time and than I had to spend $20 for a cab ride. When I got to the hotel she said she wasn't able to do anything for me because I booked through letsbookhotel.com. The facility was unkept, dirty floors in lobby, only horrible low budget food available. Waited at the airport for over an hour for the shuttle. Waited over an hour for a taxi they had arranged. Just the whole thing very inefficient and way below any expectation of professionalism. I did not like the fact that it was an old renovated motel. The renovation was not very good. The lobby is decievingly nice. The bathroom door did not latch or lock. It looked like the bathtub had been replaced, but none of the fascia was present, so you could see a bunch of screws keeping the bathtub in place. There are sliding glass doors in each room that are permanently locked. Pretty much a slum. Ramada is not what it used to be. no parking. Bar/Restaurant - had to go up to bar to get service, owners kept talking with each other. Bar stools had torn material on ALL of them. No A/C in bar...no wonder we were the only couple there. Sliding door from room had no handle and was bolted shut - fire hazard. TV was an old 15" tube type. the sliding glass door had no lock, just a hole. There was a dead rat on the sidewalk beneath the patio when I walked out. No lock on the side entrance into the hotel. Did not feel safe. No ice machine on second floor, had to go downstairs and the only one was broken. -Yellow droplets on toilet seat -Brown smudges on toilet seat -White stains on carpet throughout room -Broken A/C unit -Drunk and scary looking people in hallways -Dark and smelly hallways -And all of this for just $92 with tax!. Bad Atention, in my room don´t have electrical Energy at 05.00 am, i Didn´t have a shower, etc.
