  Upon checking in we discovered that the air-conditioning unit was broken in our room ~ I contacted the front desk and they sent their maintenance man "Jesus" (I hope I've spelt that right!) to fix it ~ he had the unit out and a new one put in within 20 minutes! Thank you Jesus for saving the day!   There was an error when I booked online and they were supposed to provide a room with a King, but by the time I got there, the front desk person apologized and had already upgraded me to a suite.   The staff were friendly and kind. They helped with our laundry using their commerical washing machines as the guests one was being serviced. They were concerned and helpful while my partner was ill. It was no problem to stay an extra night. They served one of the best breakfasts we ate while holidaying in different motels.
