The staff was very friendly and professional. During the night we left
the room and couldn't get back in with our key card. Maintenance was
very quick to arrive and solve the problem. -
Everyone especially the doorman was real friendly.

Staff listened to my request to do not disturb in A.M. at all as I was
sleeping in late. No annoying phonecalls or 9am housekeeping knocks like
I've encountered elsewhere. Was quiet, appreciated that. Good
location to jump right back onto main highways. A/c worked well. -

This was a very good value hotel in an excellent location. At first
glance, the location may seem a bit out of the way, but it is only a
short walk across the river into downtown Hartford. We decided this was
preferable to staying in one of the downtown hotels, as it was a quiet
location and away easy to get to from the motorway. -

We felt welcomed at the hotel and were even given a list of recommended places to eat, which proved helpful as we arrived after 9pm. I would happily stay at the hotel again.

There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room. Thanks to this helpful employee my evening was saved -

The location was absolutely perfect. Right off the highway but far enough away to not here traffic. Easy to get back on highway as well. Five minute walk to downtown. -
Location to event (XL Center) was perfect. Staff was exceptional.

Our bathoom in our room was newly renovated with beautiful floors and pedastal sink. OUr room had incredible view overlooking city park and city buildings. The front desk service (both at night) and the new staff in the morning, and the service workers all extremely friendly. They were friendly in a "real" way...not a scripted professional way.
