  Absolutely everything! My husband had cataract surgery very early in the morning of 10/8/13 in Liverpool. As we live several hours away in Massena, NY, we decided to get a room for the night as he had a follow-up appointment the following morning. All of the staff we had contact with were courte - Enjoyed Manager's Thursday night reception. Staff very Friendly and helpful.

  The breakfast and the friendliest breakfast hostess. She went out of her way to go the extra mile. I don't remember her name (I think it was Fanny), but she was from Mexico. - Very clean and breakfast was good. Pleasant stay.

  Price was reasonable, amenities were excellent (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, wi-fi, iron, hairdryer, flat tv), beds were comfortable, everything was clean. No odors. Good door locks. Quiet room. - I have stayed there before. The owners are very nice. I didn't have a bottle opener and they graciously opened my wine cooler bottle for me.
