We stayed at the "Lighthouse" which is on the 2nd floor. We enjoyed the chairs in front of the picture window with a view of the ocean. Too cold/rainy to enjoy the balcony but it would have been great. -

The couple who run the Sea Breeze are a delight. Our room was terrific - especially for the price. Nice view from our little balcony. We were there on a Sunday night & it was sooo quite - a great sleep. Easy walking distance to the beach, great restaurant across the street w/ good vegan options. Great facility without the large "hotel" feel, when traveling with younger children (3 & 7). Our one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 5 and the kitchen was a huge plus, allowing for some meals in the room versus having to eat out our entire stay.
