The staff were helpful in locating information for us. They picked us up after dropping our hire car back. Then took us to the airport. The rooms were spacious clean & modern. I had avery good experience at this hotel, I got in to the airport after 8pm however everything went smoothly.
The shuttle bus picked me up from the airport minutes after calling( there is a handy airport hotel phone at baggage pickup) and dropped me off on time the next day.

Everything, except that the night porter told us that hot breakfast was complimentary .....starting at 7.30 and ending at 10.30.............the breakfast stuff was cleared away by a member of staff at 09.00 am.....thats bad !!!!! -

This hotel was convenient to the airport,a criteria for a continuing journey. I had a 10 minute wait for courtesy van. All staff were polite and helpful. I was overall very pleased with everything...however, I was mostly impressed with the staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Special thank you to the young white girl at the bar in the afternoon and the young black girl who did bkft. in the morning. These two made me feel like I had found two new friends...they were special. -
