  All Staff were helpful and pleasant at all times. I arrived very late to check in 2255 hrs The resturant closed at 23.00hrs but the head waiter invited me in and I had the total menu served and I did not leave until 23.50hrs. Very very obliging and helpful. - its really nice place to visit and a nice atmosphere for relaxation. good food, value ... hva folk sier » for money, and excellent service.

  Excellent service from all staff, who were always smiling and helpful (with the exception of the person who seemed to be the Front Office manager). Food quality in the restaurant was generally very good: excellent value including bar prices. Comfortable and spacious room. Good pool, and the new spa services were enjoyable and good value. Obviously, renovations have been started sin - The staff were truly excellent. Facilities not bad, location fair for the area. For the price I definitely recommend this hotel - it's a bargain. I have stayed at a few of the other hotels in Umm Al Quwain and some cost twice as much for a worse experience. If on a budget, save your money and stay here, with the expectation that it is simply a superior 2-star.

  The staff were so helpful, more over the hotel has a wonderful beach view and very nice sport activities - I like the place for my relaxation specially the ayurvedic spa massage. Also the ambiance of the place, it's very nice.
