  The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. Unless you are extremely picky about room size and some luxury amenities around the room, you shou... hva folk sier » ldn't dismiss this hotel. - The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

  The hotel policy is very generous. They allowed us to stay extra hours without paying anything which isn't the case with other hotels during holidays. Very quiet and the view from 11th floor was amazing in the night.   Spacious 1 bedroom suite. Helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned every day. Shops nearby and restaurants. Private car park. Very helpful lady in business centre who will print boarding passes for return flights. Covered swimming pool so kids will not get sunburnt. There were ample TV channels and parking was availble during the day. At night time parking was full but the hotel staff took our keys and parked for us and gave us the keys in the morning.   The room was very clean (I had sea view room), just as I asked. The resort was really good. The sand of the beach was excellent - smooth, without rocks as I was used to before in UAE. The kids pool was great for children (sliding tubes - small and bigger ones). My son adored it.   The all english-speaking staff are all incredibly, professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is in a great location. The pool with the waterfall is lovely. The gardens are green and lush. The rooms are very nice and the tea and coffee making facilities are great considering this is not the norm in UAE hotels. We reserved a junior suite, and when we got to our room, it was a master suite, for the same price. The room service was great, and they got there very quickly. The buffet breakfast was good, and had a good variety, and the main items were different each day.

  Jeg anbefaler det hotellet til familier - friendly staff and cleanness of the hotel few minutes driving to the shopping center - Wonderfull hotel, very friendly staff. Also Airport transfer (chargeable) very good.
