  This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were very very comfortable and warm(especially in the spring weather we have at the moment!) the beds were comfy, the bathroom spacious, the room has everytthing you have in your own bedroom.....very much home from home feeling. The staff were more than helpfull, even at 9pm they helped me! The owner, Diane, even - The room is not large, but the smart use of the space makes it quite comfotable. I have been to larger rooms that look much smaller than the one I got. The family that runs the place is very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, good large windows and much light, all items modern and in perfect maintenance. The breakfast is ok. The good value for the money is the most important point. I would stay there again.

  This is a rarity, a lovely small hotel, locally managed and with oodles of character. The staff care about their jobs and wish to see that their guests have a wonderful time. Top this off with a great kitchen, enviable room appointments, nice bathrooms. It's a winning mix for an airport hotel. Nothing is too much trouble, the hotel itself is very welcoming and the bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. I love staying here and would chose it everytime.

  Very clean, recently refurbished hotel that I would highly recommend as excellent value for money. The staff very attentive and friendly. Breakfast very good indeed with an excellent selection and hot food cooked freshly for you. I highly recommernd this hotel to other users. - friendly staff

  After flying from Terminal 5, Heathrow to Manchester I find my bags were left at Heathrow. My frustration soon subsided with the greeting I recieved from the reception staff at this hotel.
