Lovely staff, great food, clean and comfy rooms, whole place cosy and traditional. Really liked it. Lots of parking, very central and close to main roads. Right next to paultons park if you are going there this could not be more ideal. I found the hotel quiet at night and just liked everything

The attitude of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The standard of the food in the bar restaurant was particularly high. Rooms are very well appointed and serviced immaculately. - Very friendly staff. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Service good and a lovely surprise of gifts left in our room.

Staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful when we all arrived,during our stay and when we left!! Rooms were very comfortable and catered for all our needs,including a 4 year old boy. Love the fact that there was a large garden with a play area for children and safe and enclosed. The restaurant next door was also brilliant. Arrived in the dark along a single track country lane. Sat nav showing me the way to packridge farm. I couldn't see a sign for the dairy but I drove up the drive with my lights on full beam and the owner came out to greet me! Phew I was in the right place!
Very welcoming, carried my bag in and up to the room 'cafe au lait' in the main farm house.

I liked how the guy did his best to help me out when I wanted to bathe my nearly 2 year old but my room didn't have a bath, he was very helpful and sorted me out with a makeshift bath!
Just a nice place all round, very clean and comfy, in a nice quiet area (only a 5 minute drive to Paulton's Park though, ideal!) My (nearly) 2 year old seemed to like it, and slept well through the night. Facilities were top notch.

Staff were fantastic, attentive, amusing and efficient. Achieved a delightful mix of comfort, luxury and relaxation for guests. The location was very rural yet within easy reach of Romsey, WInchester, Portsmouth etc. Many thoughtful touches impressed, for example the room had not only the usual tea and coffee but fresh milk was in a fridge on the landing, there were great biscuits, port, nuts and other goodies! This is a great Hotel. samall enough to be wecolming but with a real touch of quality about the whole place, I have used it twice now to stay on business trips in and around the Romesy / Southampton area. The staff, paticularly the Manageress, were professional and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and well-designed.
letsbookhotel.com hand not passed on our reservation to the hotel, so they weren't expecting us. However, the Manageress handled the situation exceptionally well and gave us an upgraded room as a result.

We had a very warm and friendly welcome from Ben. He was very helpful accommodating from the start of our stay until the end, we stayed at the B&B for two nights. The breakfast was amazing, lot of choices. Our room was lovely, the area was perfect. It was just what we wanted, a peaceful place to relax after a long week at work.I'll definitely return to the Bed & Breakfast in the future. Many thanks Ben for everything!! :)
