  The room was good size very clean and fresh and the hotel food was great .I stay in hotels every week and this was one of the best stays I have experienced will be back .thanks to all the staff - The health suite and early check in. The breakfast was very good too.

  Staff were without exception polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful Rooms spacious and comfortable, Nespresso coffee nice touch Perfect setting and convenient for getting anywhere on the Island either by car or bus Hotel made first trip to Guernsey relaxing and very enjoyable - Great staff, the facilities were fantastic - lovely spa faciliti... hva folk sier » es, good pool, golf course, beautiful grounds, good sized rooms. The hotel is very welcoming and has everything you could need, in a great location. We'll be back next time!!

  This hotel was amazing! We stayed there during the blizzard weather and the staff (especially reception) were super helpful and accommodating, updating us on the whole shut down situation with ferries etc. Reception even found us a lift down to the port amongst all the closed roads and madness! Great food (especially the chicken kiev), facilities ... hva folk sier » and super comfy beds, Stay here. - Staff were very helpful, in particular the restaurant staff, great service both morning and evening for breakfast and first evening meal. Spa was also very good and the lady who helped me extremely helpful and kind. Loved the fact that there were FRESH flowers on the tables, how very nice.
