This is a 5 star plus B&B from the moment we arrived we were made to
feel completely comfortable. Sue and Derek are absolutely fantastic

The people that run the B&B were very friendly and helped with planning our days out as we had never been to this area. We had breakfast included which was great every morning, full English but there was other options I.e. cereal, toast etc. Location was perfect, we did drive mostly everywhere but everything was no longer than a 10 minute drive from the B&B. In a good position near to the beach. The bedroom was nicely decorated and very homely. Chris & Sally were great host who made you feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent and sharing the breakfast table with the other guest was enjoyable this allowed you to get to know them and share knowledge and experience of Newquay and surrounding areas. We would highly recommend Cormorant House.

Everything - very friendly & welcoming hosts. Clean, large comfortable room and en suite, with large walk in shower. Bottled water & hot drink sachets + biscuits provided. Fantastic breakfast. Home made yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereals, toast & choice of cooked breakfast (inc fresh fish) every day. We were offered and advised on the local places of interest, which was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay and would not hesitate to recommend Helstone House to others.

Tim and Heather (Mien Hosts!) are both very welcoming and make you feel at home right from the start. Very knowledgeable about Cornwall and willing to advise on visitor attractions. Diana and David are very friendly and helpful.They are very welcoming and the breakfast is absolutely lovely - amazing choice an variety and the full English is yummy.
The room was very pretty with nice little touches and a lovely bathroom.
We came from London so were a little late, but David was there to welcome us and open the gate for us. He even took our bags in for us.
Both wonderful people, and made our stay very happy and comfortable.

This is a small (three room) family friendly B&B. The rooms and bathrooms are new and look like you'd actually *want* to live there, the breakfast will be done exactly as you want it, the hosts are super friendly without being intrusive, the rooms have direct access to the back yard.
