Excellent size room, very clean, lovely cooked breakfast.And on our final day even though we checked out at 11, they held our suitcases while we spent our last afternoon sightseeing.

we both like the stay from the first minute me and my son arrived. the staff was very friendly and helpsome - Nice well appointed rooms even tough there were problems with the TV that the hotel was unable to fix during my two night stay (picture flipped upside down for no apprant reason). Absolutely nice connection with center of London, you need only 1 bus toget there. The best value for money payd. Internet in lobby and sometimes in room. - The price, it was extremely good value and although not quite what I was initially expecting, it was good value for the money we paid and in actual fact we only slept there as we were out sight

Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

We stayed in this hotel from 18-22 November 2013. The room and bathroom were very clean, towels replaced everyday. Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay. Our personal overal quotation would be 9
