We were staying for my sons graduation from Lipa.Seven of us .It was the perfect place to stay.We liked the amazing beautiful stone building, the very large rooms with high ceilings and stone balcony,the individual nature of the hotel and the atmosphere,the beautiful decor, the huge double bed and lovely linen, the friendly and professional staff, the breakfast was extremely good, luxurious bathroom and toiletries, extremely clean. Rommet kunne vært renere, men det gjør ikke noe om det ikke er perfekt siden man tross alt må forvente at man får hva man betaler for. Jeg og min sønn hadde en strålende fotball tur til Liverpool, også takket være hotellet som var mye mer enn vi hadde tenkt oss. - The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them.

I have had calls from lots of people saying how good the party was and how well organised it all was. We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

conference facilities
I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

Great Hotel, great location especially for concerts at the Echo arena, taxi fares from the Hotel are also very cheap so it's easy to get into the city centre at a reasonable price. Opposite the Hotel is a church, walk through the grounds and you come to a pub which you access via down steps, great food is served here, I would reccomend it to anyone

On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.
