  Very lovely place with friendly staff. - Lovely room, huge comfortable bed and the food in the restaurant was very nice, although a little expensive. There was a really good selection of different choices for the breakfast (full english, scrambled eggs, continental, etc) all of which were included in the price of the room.

  What a fantastic place! Crisp clean sheets and fresh towels, a refreshing change from other guest houses I have stayed at. The owner, Ed I think? Was very friendly, he even sat on the table next to us at breakfast one morning to give us local tips on where to go. The breakfast was top notch - my daughter liked the small cereal boxes. (I refuse to ... hva folk sier » buy them at home!) I have already booked to go back in July 2014, but this time for a week - hopefully we will have good weather! There is a table ful - The facilities were spacious and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very thoughtful and put a children s programme on the TV for my young son and gave us some bread to feed the ducks on the mill pond which is a local beauty spot.

  The staff were all really friendly, chatty and helpful. Our coach arrived late on the first day so we missed the food serving time, but they offered to make up plates of sandwiches and chips for us (unprompted), which was lovely. The breakfast menu had lots of options. My partner had a different dish each morning (waffles, smoked fish etc), whilst... hva folk sier » I had a full cooked breakfast - we both really enjoyed the food. We also ate in the restaurant one evening, and the food was yummy with huge portions - The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much for them. We were given the suite of rooms in the annexe which were superb. The food was excellent. Cooked to order and my husband had dietary requirements which they were very happy to cater for. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was warm and friendly and we both agreed that we spent one of our best holidays at The Coach House. We have already recommended the hotel to 2 of our close friends.

  I loved the apparent remoteness of North Down Farm, as it is a fair way toward the end of Wales but so close to 'civilisation' that you are not lacking for anything (you can see the night-time streetlamps of Pembroke from the front bedroom window). Tessa is lovely and smiley and very friendly, and the breakfast is of course great - not the full English - Stunning peaceful location, very warm welcome, friendly assistance, comfortable and spacious accommodation, generous breakfast, but may I suggest the odd boiled egg. Involvement with the family (3 teenage children) violin concerts. Fresh flowers in the room, beautiful fragrant carnations-a nice touch! Great places to visit in the surrounding area.
