Food was fantastic with a wonderful chef, staff friendly and location good for both moor and coast. - Although old from the outside,the interior had been completely refurbished to a very good standard.The bed was comfortable,and the breakfast was first class.

  The location was excellent for the coast and Dartmoor. The hotel has a calm restful atmosphere and this is led by the owners. They are attentive, responding and remembering what has been talked about. A real personal touch. The food is top quality and freshly prepared.
