  The Manager and all staff were cheerful, helpful and very attentive toour needs, without being intrusive or overwhelming. Food was excellentand service very slick. A great place to relax in. - everybody was very friendly, service was particulary good, food was excellent and very well presented.

  This b & b was picked only on the day we left and weren't we lucky, it was set in the countryside only two miles from Axminster where we were visiting, it was the coldest winter night they had ever experienced, and we arrived late because of an accident on the road, yet we were warmly welcomed. We have never been in such a clean and friendly place to stay. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
