Any one interested to be near Wood Green or Turn Pyke tube stations then Grand Palace is the best selection. Very neat and comfortable rooms. - The staff was very nice and co--operative and it was very good valuefor money.

I loved the staff, they where so friendly and accommodating!
The room was lovely, far better than I was expecting, everything worked great, the bed was comfy and room was nice and bright, the little representation of a flower made with the towels was so cute and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great and the staff even helped with booking taxis for us. across the street from the main building which I suspect may be slightly
more modern. Pleasant enough staff. The location was ideal for me, on a
quiet side street and a 10 minute walk to emmirates stadium. Biggest
positive was the guranteed parking for £5 extra.

I had a really lovely stay at Lawrence Road. Maggie was really helpful and friendly and the accommodation was great. My bed was comfy, my room clean and cosy and the kitchen fully equipped. Great communications with the one welcoming me. She was very nice. Also helped at night when I forgot the code to get in and everyone inside ignored me.
Clean and nice.

This is the best budget price hotel in London area, truly outstanding for two people for one night with full breakfast for £60 (it would have been £54 if we could have risked the pre pay option). The breakfast alone was almost worth £60 at London prices!
