The room was celubrious and the extras (golf putting and decent cafetiere coffee, walk in wardrobe) well worth it in terms of improving the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. It was so lovely and comfortable that we did not really want to leave the hotel for the concert / meeting friends that was the reason for the visit. We will stay at Hotel du V

Also easy parking right outside hotel and although the hotel sits on a main road, it was extremely quiet. And possibly since it was my birthday, we received an upgrade on the room that I had booked.

I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs.
The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave.
As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay.
Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine.

Very spacious apartment, good location. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

The manager, John, cares greatly about people living there and has a great sense of humour. It was great chatting with him and getting more to know about Scotland in general. With his customer-first mindset, he has made the stay really enjoyable because breakfast is personalized to one's taste. The room is also really neat and clean even though it was not really big. Nice bathroom and all. All in all, staying in Onslow Guest House is a good highlight of my trip after staying in larger accommoda

We were interested in art galleries and museums and so the location was excellent. It was also close to an underground station and the Botanical Gardens. Our room was very spacious and clean. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
