  The room was very nice with high quality fixtures and fittings, good quality bedding and toiletries ( Bath A1 ), the restaurant/food very good as was the breakfast. If you are looking for a traditional country inn with good food … I can recommend the Black horse - The bedroom was Beautiful and the manager who showed us in was very accomodating.

  We were very impressed with the hotel standard, clean, welcoming and with a friendly atmosphere. Food also was excellent.We would unhesitatingly recommend our friends to stay with you.Thanks for a lovely experience only sorry it was not longer. - I was lucky to have an upgrade which was lovely. We stayed one night in a garden room which was quiet and comfortable. We opted for a bar meal in the evening which we enjoyed out on the terrace. Breakfast was presented well and the staff were pleasant and efficient. We will stay there again.

  being a private hotel, the standard was fabulous, the rooms spacious and the food out of this world, I have stayed in central london hotels that do not even compare to this hotel - Completely excellent all round. Fabulous dining! Rooms,service and facilities of the highest standard. Will go out of our way to revisit.
