  Small and very friendly, lovely room which opened up onto the beer garden, lots of small touches like toiletries, a small fridge, hairdryer, ironing board, lg wall mounted tv, A fan (essential because of the hot weather), tea/coffee/water provided. Lovely beer garden and good food. The breakfast was good and included in the price which I thought... hva folk sier » was good value at £40. I also had my own en-suite. Everything was added to the bill for ease.   Very helpful left items behind and they kept them safe and contacted us nice breakfast delivered to room much better than we were expecting will use again - Staff very helpful and friendly, surroundings great. The bedding and pillows of good quality and comfortable.
