  At the time I stayed at the hotel they were in the process of redecorating the main hall and most of the bedrooms. However, this work was being carried out in a manor that did not disturb the guests. My room was very nice, clean and well presented. Nice large screen TV with freeview so plenty of channels to choose from. I was able to use my wireles... hva folk sier » s laptop (via BT openzone) which was useful. My only criticism is that there were no spare toilet rolls in the bathroom. - Professional flexible and helpful staff, who made organising our stay(which included a funeral 'reception') easy and stress-free. Good menufor borh breakfast and evening meal.

After a very tiring day walking around the NEC we were directed to the Barn Beefeater restaurant/pub next door, where we enjoyed a lov - Plenty of car parking space. The room was large and fully functional - very clean. Reception welcome and departure were very good - all staff were very courteous. Breakfast was lovely and nice to have a freshly cooked to order rather than a hot servery. The attached Beefeater restaurant was also superb.

  I picked Eden House because it was close to a conference hotel I was attending that I couldn't afford to stay in - and I'm very glad I did because I had a much more enjoyable time than my colleagues, and a brisk morning walk to set me up for the day. The breakfast was superb - the couple that run the hotel were friendly and welcoming without being over the top, the hotel is kept to a very high standard and was perfect for the needs of our trip to the city. breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day ahead. the room was comfortable and funtional without being fussy and the hospitality tray was well stocked, the bed was one of the best i have slept in.
