  Lovely hotel with very nice staff. I was given a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds Room 31, very big and spacious. The breakfast was a lovely freshly made full Irish with potato bread and soda bread. Best hotel breakfast I have had in years.   The staff at reception was very friendly, engaging and professional. The girls were bubbly just enough and made you feel welcome when you arrived. The next morning they spotted we had been charged for breakfast when we should not and had all the receipt for the refund ready when we came back from breakfast. We liked the fact there was a simple restaurant just n - The weather! Location excellent, has everything I need shops beach, river, scenery. Staff very nice, helpful, friendly, but not overly so. Breakfast lovely (continental) -big plus for Premier Inn was that I could order porridge, and it was lovely, good quality, cooked well. Fruit choice very good. Good for other meals too, compared to the one beside London Eye, which did not score with us for meals.We will return here, asap.

As there is no lift the receptionist even suggested a room on the ground floor. The menu in the restaurant was varied and had good options for all 3 of us. The location is great, just off the ring road around Coleraine. This was very handy as we were sightseeing along the North east coast. We found the staff were very friendly and helpful and even
