  Rooms were very comfortable. Shower was great. Free Disco and Pool-tableon sunday. Ample coffee/tea. Nicely decorated and spacious - I enjoyed the convenience of location, as well as value for the money I had spent.

  We stayed 4 nights and the house itself was gorgeous, Tracy and Malcolm were perfect hosts, our room was gorgeous attention to detail was 100% with an excellent bed, soft fluffy towels, excellent roomy shower and perfect breakfast. Wifi was an added bonus and the location of The English Rose was excellent for the surrounding areas like Rye, Battl... hva folk sier » e, Eastbourne etc. The English Rose is THE BEST b and b that my partner and I have ever stayed in and all others pale in comparison, thankyou to Trac - The owners Tracy and Malcolm were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.On arrival although there was tea/coffee in the room they brought us a tray of freshly made tea and biscuits which we though was a lovely gesture. They brought our luggage up to the room and down again on departure. The whole place was spotlessly clean and there was everything you could want at hand. We rated this B&B as the best one we had ever stayed at.

  The B&B is very near to the beach but in a nice quite location. The garden is beautiful and guests have full access to it. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The owners are very friendly and want to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible.   We were made so welcome when we arrived. All the rooms are delicately designed with very good facilities. There are so many combinations of rooms which suits our big party. The garden at the back is lovely too with trampoline and climbing frames. Well thought for family with children. Overall, we are all very happy about it and enjoyed our stay very much! The bonus is wifi al - We liked everything about Bexhill B/B and would highly recommend it. The owners were very easy going, friendly, cheerful and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and bright with a well stocked tea/coffee tray. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The area was quiet and parking was easy. It is a gem of a place. Thank you to Allen and Sam (the owners) for a very pleasant stay. We will be back! Diane and family.
