  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Luggage storage before and afte - Reasonable price, excellent location near Victoria and easy to find. The room was nice. Comfy bed, tv in room, clean. Breakfast was ok - toast (they could top this up more), croissants, cereal, yoghurt, tinned fruit, coffee machine, staff were friendly when I was making a mess! Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer.

  The location is absolutely awesome: 2 mins walk from victoria station, right near the victoria coach station where bus arrives from/to stansed (perfect if you fly with low-cost airlines). The breakfast was fair good, nice staff and a 24/24 receptionist always available (I had to ckeck out at 2.00am). Makes you feel a little home! My room was extremely quiet, view to the garden. They have a nice breakfast room, kind of veranda, with a look to the terrace. I definitively come back to this place, situated in a great location. Chelsea, with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops around. Just a couple of minutes walk from Kingsroad.

There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.
