the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day.. Double bed was very comfy. There was another large room with two single beds pushed together so this would do for another couple or could be pulled apart for two other occupants. Nice large bathroom with bath. Good sized living room with comfy couch and large tv. Kitchen facilities all worked fine; stocked with basic crockery and pots so suitable

Great location at 5mns walk from centre of town, lovely spacious ground floor apartment with terrace and well equipped kitchen. As well as the integrated fridge/washing machine, the microwave and toaster, I liked the small touches like rolling pin & cheese grater! The large flat screen Freeview was an extra bonus. Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. Great apartments, welcoming, clean, quite and secure. Had all the facilities we'd expected. Even though we'd had been given the wrong door code on our booking form, this was soon sorted by helpful and friendly staff with a short phone call. Overall, great place to stay. -
