All was absolutely perfect. All the facilities, the room ( frontal ocean view) with jacuzzi on the terasse, perfect size. Fabulous services. All clean, quiet.

The size of the room was excellent, the shutters were brilliant as it made the room quiet and very peaceful, the bed was large and very comfortable the little fridge to keep drinks cool was an added bonus ! Location excellent with lots of retaurants within easy walking distance

Well it vas centrally located. The pool, the whirlpool and the sauna on
the 7 th. Floor were nice and it was always possible to get a sun-bed.
It is a very nice business hotel and no children between 2 and 13
allowed, so no screaming and yelling. In fact it is a good hotel.

Very surprised that this hotel was very goo -
- rooms cleaned every day, except weekend
- nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others
- nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches
- location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

Easy to get to, I flew into the south airport, got the city bus just
outside the terminal, direct to Santa cruz bus station, walked across
the road to the large department store and got a taxi to the hotel, for
5 euros. The guy ar reception was friendly and mentioned the resataurant

very reasonable price, close to citycenter, surprisingly clean bathroom, balcony, modern-looking furniture and equippement. we booked it so we could visit the town, find it is the ideal reason to go. wifi free and OK, helful staff (if spoke english). would reccomend to most of my friends.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this
hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they
are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to
the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is
really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

We have enjoyed our stay in Be Live Playa la Arena . Staff was very polite , all our requests were resolved in a very professional manner .

A lot of people advice to take only breakfast and dinner but we were so happy to have all inclusive: no headache about where to eat. All inclusive is the choice for absolute relaxation!
Arena beach is very close to the hotel, the ocean is amazing, we were swimming only in wild water!

The staff at reception were always helpful and courteous. The room was always very clean, and I got very good maid service every two days. The beds were comfortable - better than some other apartments! -
