  The garden is a nice place to take a drink in the evening, the rooms looks very fancy, and the bathroom was perfect with a big massaging shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful.   The hotel is central, easy to find, close to the Catalonia Square where you catch all the buses and metro line.   Perfect location in the very center of the city, next to main trafic point Plaza Catalunya, 2 minutes walk from metro station Universitad, so it is easy to get to any part of the city. Extremely frıendly and hospitable stuff tells you where to go and what to see in the city. Though breakfast isn't served in the hotel there are free tee and coffee facilities and a fridge, - We were three young girls exploring barcelona with a low budget but looking for a comfortable hotel. The staff member Ella was not only beautiful but incredibly helpful in all aspects. She would give us directions and provide us with maps as well as recommendations of places to eat nearby which we ended up going to each night and for breakfast! We all needed to print off boarding passes and she would go the extra mile to help this happen. She also translated any Spanish for me. I cannot reccomm

  This hostal is a converted apartment covering the first floor of the building.It has managed to retain many of the original features and character. The rooms at the front have balconies looking out onto the Ramblas Cataluyna. It is within walking distance of La Rambla and very close to the metro and buses to all the other attractions. Als - We liked the huge windows on our room and the fact we could open a door and walk out on a big balcony. Definitely a plus for anyone who likes a light, bright, airy, large room. Also liked the swivel flat screen tv and large refrigerator. For someone who wants a view, a great kitchen set up with everything you need to prepare your own meals, and a very short stroll to the Sants train station to access downtown - it's great for a one or two night stay, and a good value.
