  Heather, the hostess, was helpful, friendly and informative. She described their rebuilding of the entertainment area after an electical fire two months ago and it will undoubtedly be an added attraction when completed in about 2 mos time. As the room we booked was very small to fit a baby cot they upgraded us with bigger one which was very very nice of them. I was very impressed by the baby cot they gave us. People were on the streets, not homeless people just seemingly 'aimless' people. And it was - We were en route to Singapore and stopped over at the Aviator Hotel for the night. I was very impressed by the excellent Service provided and the extra mile staff went to when they transported my husband, my sick 3 year old and myself to hospital at 3am so my son could be nebulised. I was extremely grateful. we stopped over at the aviator on our return trip for a few hours so our family could freshen up and rest before our flight to Durban. I will definitely be using the Aviator hotel again.

Even before I got there, the staff was amazing - very responsive to emails, both clearly instructing me what to do when I arrived for airport pickup and also assisting me with putting together a program of sightseeing during my 18 hours on the ground. Airport pickup was just as des - The Staff were the best from the drivers, office staff cleaners and the kitchen staff. They became like family and I was sorry to have to say goodbye.
