Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and comfortable beds. Super location for the city centre.

My overall stay was excellent!! :) The Hotel staff were great - veryfriendly and knowledgable about their Location in the Krakow. Teresa andMartin and Kate made my stay simply awesome!! They helped me with manyimportant aspects of my trip. I would stay at Pollera again because oftheir kindness and helpfulness.
I would have liked to have known that the single room was a very smallroom. I wish that this fact was mentioned on your webiste. Otherwise,everything was extremely excellent with my stay!! :)

The Beds were too firm, for me, but the room was very grand in sizeand height. Tired but yoou can't complain when it for nothing. Inormally do four stars and above, but my brothers on a budget. GClayton ncl nov 2008
The Pollera is a charming older hotel, very well maintained. It is in a great location and quite close to the train station. The staff were professional, courteous, and very helpful. We arrived very early in the morning and since our room was ready, they let us check in right away.
The only small draw back was lack of a hairdryer in the room.

The suite was perfect for what we required. The room was very comfortable and warm. Breakfast, although contained unusual items as seen through an English perspective, was vast and being open until 11am made it great for a great brunch, enabling us to load up prior to spending the day walking through the city.
I thought that the reception staff were rather abrupt, but I am assuming that this is due to the language differences.
