  The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful! The daily breakfast they served was delicious. The hotel is very close to several restaurants, as well as a tram line and the museums. The rooms were cleaned regularly. The employees of the coffeeshop below the hotel were kind and welcoming.   The hostel staff were really amazing, they are always willing to answer your concerns in a friendly manner.
