The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. Check-in took
about five minutes in the queue, but only 30 seconds to complete once at
the desk. The hotel is clean with a contemporary design and the rooms
were very well equipped withan applemac that doubles as your tv and

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Breakfast is very good - a lot of choices. The sky lounge is a good venue to relax in the evening and one can get ample view of the city. The Canal House is located in a great quiet spot in the centre of Amsterdam. We could walk everything and the view over the canal was amazing!!
The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and looked brand new.
Eline and Take were great hosts and very helpful with everything.
We will defiantly stay here again next time. Highly recommended!!!

The two brothers who run the apartment hotels are very nice and friendly. We had the two bedroom apartment sharing with my in-laws. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything we would need, the fact that we had a separate toilet and shower was very good. People could get ready for the day quicker this way.

Very large 3 bedroom apartment for the price of two hotel rooms. Very
large living room with flat screen tv and dvd player. Clean and modern
with an excellent coffee machine, but you had to go around the corner to
a supermarket to buy all supplies including sugar, special coffee
packets for the machine, etc. Free laundry facilities but you need to
supply your own detergent. Helpful manager when he is there. Good
location close to shopping, restaurants, flea markets, canal boats.

The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.
