Staff were lovely, helpful and polite. The breakfast was yummy just what you need before setting out and about. It was a relaxed environment good for chilling out and looking out to the Singel canal, location is very good albert heijn supermarket not even 5 minutes away, lovely cafes and coffee shops nearby. Our room was really clean, nice size, the staff where lovely and location was AMAZING! We stayed in the twin room and is exactly as the picture shows! Ignore the comment about about the building being old and decaying. It is old like many houses in the dam but not decaying!

In my opinion for the money it was a great place to stay when visiting Amsterdam! -
Staff were always friendly and happy to help with anything. Wifi was available in the room and the breakfast was always good. The room and all the toilets and showers were extremely clean. I was a little worried about shared showers but caused no issues at all. This couldn't be better located, 5 mins from central station, shop right outside, restaurants close by and bike rentals available right outside. 10 out of 10

I was here about 10 days ago with my friends, the location was really excellent, in the town center and near the train station, staff was helpful and very kind, the reception works 24h a day, it was clean and we had so much fun, I would recommend it if you are coming to Amsterdam.

One of the best locations being close to Central Station, Dam Square is 2 minute walk, all kinds of shops, restaurants, Anne Frank house and grocery store nearby. In room showers are very nice, Mark who manages the hotel is very nice, helpful and polite. Jasmine who is works in the wait staff is very nice, friendly and also well informed about the area. Would stay here again.
