I thought Hotel Ajax was a fantastic place to stay, Always had clean towels and sheets + toilet was cleaned regular within the 5 days i stayed here. Staff were extremely friendly...... I would recommend this hotel to anyone (not to anyone with cat allergies). The location of the hotel was brilliant, and everything of interested close by. We was never bothered by noise from the street. The breakfeast (served at the table) was standard (nothing at all to complain about). The cool cat, who gave the hotel a relaxed feeling. - Fantast

When arriving in Amsterdam, we walked from the station to the hotel about 10 minutes but did take a cab to the airport when we left; the hotel made arrangements for us. I liked all of it - this is a quirky, little hotel which has the best location - 10 minutes from main station and 2 minutes from Anne Frank's house.
