First off the staff at reception were very welcoming. Within 3 minutes were were sorted out and offered a complimentary drink. We had arrived early for booking and the staff was kind enough to ask the manager to have a room ready sooner since we were travelling with 3 kids. I really like the character of the buidling. The hotel was a comfortable business biased hotel in which there were facilities to relax for a prolonged business stay but probably not for a family holiday.
