Ettore was a wonderful and thoughtful host that made our stay very enjoyable. He was tremendously helpful in answering any of our questions. Villa Pane felt like home! Gianluigi and Ana Maria were so welcoming. Their villa is beautiful surrounded by the hills of Sorrento with lemon, fig, olive, orange trees everywhere. At first sight, we were we were disappointed with the rather basic room. However, as soon as we saw the huge terrace, overlooking the Bay of Naples, we forgot about the room. (Who needs luxury with a view like that??).
The hotel was exactly what we were looking for - perfect location, clean, friendly staff, free wifi at all times and great pool.

The hotel is located on a very scenic spot of Sorrento, on a cliff. My wife like the decoration and setting of the hotel, she ranked it the best hotel. This comment is not light considering we have traveled a lot over the past 30 years. The restaurant is one of the highlights of the hotel. They make gorgeous, delicious food at a very reasonable price. We stayed 5 days there and it was a very pleasant stay. Will recommend to anybody traveling to Sorrento.

Very nice hotel, a kilometer from the circumvesuviana train station. Near from the town centre, good views of the mountains from the room. Very friendly staff, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. They help with tours, maps etc. Will stay here again. Access to the roof for drying laundry as it has clothes lines, pins etc. You can have breakfast in their garden. Very calm and quiet area.
