Meget god frokost. Bemanningen i frokostsalen var meget hyggelige.Hotellet lå meget sentralt..
Aircon.virket ikke.Vi sov meget dårlig.Anlegget avslått pga årstid (jfr opplysn f dame i respesjon) m burde justeres etter utetemp og ikke årstiden.Damen i resepsjonen feilinformerte oss flere gg.Sa bl.a.at kun taxi t flyplass lørdag morning var aktuell.Dette var feil,buss helt frem t flyplass noen min unna hotellet for kun 11E pr stk.Taxien kostet 110E.

Very helpful reception staff. Excellent breakfast. Quiet location but only 5 mins walk from centre of town. Roof top pool/terrace - stunning views.
Beverages and laundry very expensive. Seaviews from bedrooms being obscured by trees - in a year or two there will be no views!

The friendly staff. The ability to walk to the main square easily and not have to use taxis.
This is not a big issue but I did find personally the pillows were a bit hard.

In my opinion, the wool blankets are unacceptable and should be replaced and upgraded to other kind of blankets more elegant and without inducing allergy like the wool which accumulate dust

People shouold know that the cab ride to the marina is more money than the ticket to Capri
Very pleased with the location and quality of the accomodation. I highly recommend it. One of the best European hotel stays I have had. The price was high but, unfortunately, this is a reality for North American travellers with the currency exchange as it is.

Staff were great and very helpful, hotel was beautiful and very central to the Sorrento town centre, maybe 10 mins walk. Very impressed with the bedrooms.
Marble floors looked lovely but could be noisy early in the morning(people in the corridor and in other rooms). The dinner could have been better. Would eat dinner outside the hotel.
LOcation is excellent, and the views incredible, the staff were all very friendly and polite very clean.

The hotel was spotless and in a very convenient location from the center of town (including the train station) but without the noise. The staff was incredibly accomodating and plesant. The room was gorgeous and the breakfast was splendid.
Although we didn't ask for additional pillows, there were only 2 provided.
It was bliss staying in the bedroom - beautiful tiled floor with amarbled bathroom and balcony. It was the best room I have everstayed in.
The receptionist was not very friendly - she never greeted us witha smile!!!

Had booked a room with partial sea view as available on the website. Would have preferred to upgrade to a front room, but it was unavailable as the hotel was nearly full.
the location was great- (short walk to tasso square), as was the rooftop terrace and pool- the view was fantastic
Very friendly,helpful staff.We celebrated my mothers 86th birthday and everyone joined in the celebrations and sang Happy Birthday.They also arranged flowers and a delicious birthday cake-nothing was too much trouble.The hotel is in a great position as transport and the centre of Sorrento is in walking distance.

It was very noizy in the morning from seven on wards as the staffcleaning up the roof terrice above us. We could hear all the furnaturebeing moved around, very annoying

Air Con was going on and off all night - interrupted sleep with noise ofit stopping and starting rather than running it continuously.
The room we had was spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast gave a wide choice of hot and cold savoury food as well as a wide selection of sweet items.

Pools were cold. Hand towels were inadequate - not terry towels.

Bad location, ridiculous garten (not as presented in the pictures), pictures not matching the reality: hotel between popular buildings. Noise in the evening and in the morning early from the road and the popular buildings around!
