Everything. Extremely friendly and helpful staff: Alessia in particular could not do enough for us and spoke excellent English. Superb comfortable and elegant room and bathroom ( we had a superior double); great location 2km outside Arezzo, pleasant grounds ( in summer the outside gardens and terrace bar etc would be superb). Excellent restaurant

The hotel was a traditional listed building, simple but comfortable. The owner was very warm and welcoming, and took great care with our dietary requirements, even serving specially made dishes for dinner and breakfast. Arezzo was a beautiful, easy town to visit, stunning on a sunny day.

Restaurant - superb - Hotel employees went above and beyond to accomadate our personal needs and wishes. The hotel area was beautiful and created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The increadable food and the amazing winelist suits a vacationer's budget. This hotel has everything one could need for a couple of days in heaven....
