The gardens are wonderful and the rosefilled courtyard is a great place for breakfast, which is delicious thanks to the fabulous home made cakes, breads and biscuits. We were near the museums, countryside and within a reasonable drive to Rome. We especially loved the restaurant on site for breakfast and dinners. We ate there and enjoyed the beach! It was beautiful. This family owned b - lovely 22 room hotel in residential area or Tarquinia. 10mins uphill walk to old walled town which was wonderful and a bus ride to the beach which wasn't that nice. The food in the hotel is superb and has an excellent chef. Hotel arranged a taxi from our ship in Civitecchia and again to take us to Rome Airport. Not anywhere to walk so would recommend a car as its a lovely region.

  Our stay at the Lunetta Hotel was excellent. The hotel was lovely and spotless. Our accommodations were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. We needed a taxi to the airport and it was efficiently arranged for us. The location is ideal for walking to many of Rome's highlights.
