Luggage brought to the room and all facilities pointed out to us. Superb room and services. Tasteful decoration and real comfort. Fantastically accomodating staff, exceptionally beautiful scenery and perfectly finished hotel. The photos didn't do the place justice at all.
On entering our room, the view of the sea, greenery, sunshine and the sound of crashing waves was breathtaking! Our room was not typical of 5* luxuary but had been thoughtfully furnished with a nice firm mattress superking unlike a lot of other hotels.
The outdoor breakfast was fantastcally accommodating with a very relaxed attitude towards time.

The island had been closed for any boats because of weather, so the owner contacted us and proposed to change for the next day. However, it was in November - low season. The rooms with sea view are great (because of the sea view). There is also terrace with swings and chairs. Rooms are big, with small kitchen and old styled furniture. Very cosy. J

Excellent location few minutes walk from centre of Stromboli village, large spacious well equipped room with terrace overlooking sea and mountain behind. Staff able to book trek to crater for guests, breakfast served at nearby bar with good choice of items. Main reason for visit was the crater trek, but found that there is so much more to do on the island.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Were picked up by their shuttle bus at port and made very welcome by all staff. Rooms good size and clean very comfortable. Great views from the top floor where we had drinks and breakfast near pool area. Very close to port and many restaurants. -

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was relaxing and delicious. The location was in a quiet area yet two blocks from the main street. We were picked-up and taken back to the dock free of charge. -

This hotel was absolutely breathtaking and perfect for our stay in Stromboli. The hotel driver was waiting our arrival at the port when our ferry came in at 5:40 and he took us to the hotel. There was a sitting room for us to enjoy while we waited for our room to become available. The staff was most welcoming. Francesca spoke English and was able to assist us with everything we needed.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
