Friendly staff, beautiful lobby, lovely room, private balcony, peacefulyard in the back for breakfast. - Bedroom was comfortable, with nice balcony for my wife to use (as asmoker!). Bathroom was a good size and we enjoyed the continentalbreakfast.

The breakfast buffet (served from 8 to 10) was excellent with many good choices. There is wi-fi in the room and it is free, but it is not always stable. Very cozy self catering flats in a pretty central location (5 minutes walking to Piazza del Popolo). A free parking is 1 minute walking away. The flat has everything needed if you want to cook something + the owner also provides simple food for breakfast which you can have in the room.

Altho Bike-on offers breakfast, our room had a small kitchen and dining table, coffee and coffee pot, so we bought and made breakfast, and ate dinner out. Our host, Paolo, was accommodating with our late train arrival and ran one load of laundry for us before we left and let us use the drying racks in the courtyard area. We had a triple that was spacious and quiet. The lack of air conditioning in hot weather was irrelevant. Two fans and comfortable beds made for three great nights of sleep.
