  The Castle/Inn/Palazzo has the most beautiful setting imaginable. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was consistently the best we have had in six weeks' travel in Italy. We had a nice morning cycling to a Parmigiano Reggiano factory and also to the farm which raises some of the rare black pigs which give their rear legs for the famous Culatello.culatello :):)
