Lovely large apartment with an oven and 4 elements which was great. Gorgeous quiet spot and lovely and cool which was a nice relief when coming from the very hot sun outside. Very friendly staff. -

We arrived by taxi from the train station to a very friendly and welcoming greeting on a hot afternoon. The pool was wonderfully refreshing. As we were on foot the manager kindly drove us to Assisi where we spent a wonderful day and then we walked back to the hotel - all downhill - and then enjoyed another swim in the afternoon. Among all the agriturismo that we stayed in, this was by far the best! Location was beautiful, on Mount Subasio, so you get a nice view of the Umbra countryside. The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness, quietness..etc. The in-house restaurant also served pretty good food, so we were able to enjoy a nice sunset before heading in for dinner. Thank you Alex and staff at Le Mandrie for a memorable stay!
